General information

In Maienfeld, Graubünden - in the heart of the Bündner Herrschaft, known as the home of the novel character Heidi.

Check-in: from 15:00 (earlier possible depending on availability).

Check-in is possible 24 hours a day. Reception is manned by a member of staff daily from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. Outside of these hours, our night porter will be happy to help you.

Check-out: until 11:00 am (later check-out possible by arrangement)

Free parking is available in front of the hotel.

Yes, our hotel entrance and all public areas are wheelchair accessible.

Rooms with no steps are available for guests with limited mobility. As the amenities and bathrooms (shower or bathtub) vary depending on the room category, we recommend that you contact our reception directly.

We would be happy to advise you personally and work with you to find the right room for your needs.

Yes, every room has a hairdryer.

No, there is no kettle in the room as standard, but it can be borrowed from reception. Just talk to us.

Yes, for CHF 17.00/night.

Please note the following rules:
Dogs are allowed on the 1st floor in double rooms with twin beds. Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the entire building.

For hygiene reasons, dogs are unfortunately not permitted in the Panorama Room during breakfast. However, you are welcome to enjoy your breakfast downstairs in the Bistro, where dogs are still very welcome.

We kindly ask you not to leave your dog alone in the room for too long. The owner is liable for any damage caused.

Yes, there is a laundry service from Monday to Thursday. As this does not take place in the hotel, the laundry service lasts 48 hours. Laundry must be handed in by 8.45 am.

No, but various hygiene articles can be purchased from us at reception.

Yes, there is a room where bicycles or ski equipment can be stored.

Yes, at the Swiss Heidi Hotel you can pay with Reka Card.

Our breakfast times: Monday to Friday from 6.30 to 9.30 am, Saturday and Sunday from 7.00 to 10.00 am.

Brunch takes place on the 1st Sunday of the month (except July & August). Until 10.30 am to 2 pm.

Yes, vouchers for Sunday brunch are available from reception.

The hotel does not have its own facilities - however, the Tamina Therme is located in the immediate vicinity.

Yes, playroom, garden playground and a pool in summer. Parents are responsible for their children.

Yes, there are high seats for our younger guests and children are welcome to join us for breakfast and in the bistro and sit at the table with their parents.

With the Heidiland Adventure Pass you receive various discounts in Heidiland. You can obtain the adventure pass from us at reception.
